Reachtag (“we,” “us,” or “Reachtag”) provides QR and NFC tags that, when scanned, let another person contact the owner of the tagged item directly by phone or WhatsApp — without needing an app or account. By using our website, creating an account, or purchasing a Reachtag product, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

You can browse and buy Reachtag products without an account. To register a tag to an item and manage it online, you'll need to sign in with Google. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information on your account and for keeping your Google account secure — we don't store or see your Google password.

We may suspend or delete an account that violates these Terms. If your account is deleted, any items you registered are removed and their tags are unlinked and marked as “Reserved,” so they can be reassigned.

Reachtag products are currently available for order via WhatsApp only, with payment by bank transfer, and shipping is limited to Sri Lanka. Prices are listed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and may change at any time without notice; the price confirmed at the time of your order applies to that order. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion — for example, if a product is out of stock or a payment can't be confirmed.

We offer free shipping across Sri Lanka, with delivery typically taking 2–5 business days after your order is confirmed.

We don't accept returns for change of mind. If your Reachtag arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery on WhatsApp or by email and we'll send you a free replacement.

When you register a tag, you provide details about the item (such as its name and category) and how a finder can reach you (your phone number and, optionally, WhatsApp number). You confirm that you have the right to tag the item and that the contact information you provide is accurate and belongs to you or someone who has agreed to be listed.

A tag's contact details are shown publicly to anyone who scans it, for as long as the item is marked active. You can deactivate an item at any time from your account, which immediately hides its contact details from the public page, and reactivate it later. To help prevent misuse, active tags are limited per account; we may adjust this limit at any time.

You agree not to use Reachtag to:

• Register a tag to an item you don't own or don't have permission to tag.
• Submit false, misleading, or another person's contact information without their consent.
• Harass, defraud, or attempt to contact someone through a scanned tag for any unlawful purpose.
• Interfere with or attempt to disrupt the Reachtag website or service.

Reachtag is a contact-facilitation service: we make it easy for a finder to reach an item's registered owner. We don't guarantee that a lost item will be found, that anyone will scan a given tag, or that any return or exchange will take place. Any arrangement made between a finder and an owner — including returning an item — is solely between those two people; Reachtag is not a party to it and isn't responsible for what happens.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reachtag is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or service, including loss of an item, missed contact, or reliance on information provided by another user. Our total liability for any claim relating to a Reachtag product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

We may update these Terms from time to time, for example as our products or service change. We'll update the “Last updated” date above when we do. Continuing to use Reachtag after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, without regard to conflict of law principles.
